Not that vegan friendly - Edit
I would have thought a vegetarian restaurant would be more vegan friendly..
Read moreThe burger couldn't be made vegan because the pattie contained egg and the only other option was to take the daily dish and ditch all the non vegan parts. That basically left us with a tiny, expensive salad with a bit of rice and lentils.
The outdoor seating area is super nice though.

Das Restaurant ist wirklich sehr ansprechend und die Bedienung sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben Burger bestellt. Einmal vegetarisch mit Käse und einmal vegan. Das war problemlos möglich und beide Burger haben fantastisch geschmeckt. Die Beilagen waren ebenfalls sehr lecker. Wirklich zu empfehlen.

We had a delicious lunch here sitting outside in the small courtyard under the grapevines and enjoying the relaxed atmosphere.
Read moreThe menu choices are very few but are done well. I let them know I was vegan and was offered the plate of the day without cheese. It was a big plate full of different things and different tastes: aubergine, rice, fig, tomato, salad, slaw and several types of pate or hummus. A genuinely tasty meal.
My partner had the burger which was vegetarian and came with some lovely fries and salad.
The staff were cheerful. The place was busy so you should book ahead. We would definitely recommend this restaurant!
Pros: Very tasty dish of the day
Cons: Not lots of choice for vegans.
