We love Lemongrass - Edit
Being a hour north of San Francisco, vegan options become limited. We love lemongrass cause not only can you make ANYTHING on the menu vegan just by choosing tofu instead of meat, it is delicious! They really no how to cook veggies perfectly. My favorite is the Tom Kha Coconut Soup and the Pad Eggplant Tofu. My husbands favs are the green and red curries with tofu. If you are in the Petaluma area, you should give Lemongrass a try!
