My partner and I went there and were incredibly surprised. I have been vegan for 4 years and a half now and I was able to fully taste again some foods. I totally recommend going if you are in Toulouse, even if you’re not vegan. Also, the staff is extremely nice and welcoming.

Can't say anything about the food as I decided to go elsewhere. Got there 5 minutes before they opened and so went for a walk around the block. I honestly felt bad about showing up before they opened when they were obviously just setting up and clearly telling me to come back later, so i tried to leave a little time to come back. Upon returning the place was full and couldn't even accept me as a single diner. They tried to accommodate by offering me a (limited) takeaway menu as well as suggesting an alternative restaurant (which turned out to be closed). So I'm just hungry and annoyed. After two more similar attempts I ended up at Yeti which has clearly labelled vegan options and were happy to have my business. Sorry if this sounds unduly critical. I'm sure the food must be good and I'm happy that vegan restaurants are so good and popular to have to turn away business. But something also seems wrong about that.

Read moreThe ambiance is really nice, the staff really friendly and the food very good.
We had a tapas plate with chorizo and foie gras (which really tastes like foie gras it's amazing (even tho I don't really like it)). I also had the burger with blye cheese and the chocolate cake which was deliciouuuus.
I really recommand this place to go with friends !

Very haute cuisine (prices therefore high). Food is amazing, service is super friendly. Atmosphere inside is good, warm, cozy although a bit stuffed. Would definitely recommend for a chic dinner.

excellent vegan interpretations of local and classic French dishes. The faux gras is absolutely incredible, as is the wine selection, main dishes (we had gnocchi and tartiflette with camembert), friendliness of staff, homey and lively ambiance... cannot miss!

We liked the chill atmosphere of the restaurant, the waiters were super friendly and most important : the food was good ! We had faux gras samosas which week-end absolutely delicious. We took 2 burgers : good and heavy (I couldn't finish, my boyfriend struggled to finish his burger). We were too full for a dessert : too bad, next time 😀

We ordered mozzarella, fries burgers and drinks. The mozzarella was very generous portioned and so heavenly and moreish. The fries were perfect; I don't know how they made the sauce to go with them, but it was an epic duo.
Read moreThe only point that could be better was just a personal preference; I really appreciate a more "meaty" patty in my burgers, like beyond meat, or made from seitan or tofu. The atmosphere was really good, I loved the veganized posters, and I enjoyed a house-made iced tea.

The best place to eat vegan in Toulouse. Even in Paris I didn't find anyplace like this. The atmosphere is very friendly and warm, people are nice and the food... The food is just delicious, tasty, full of good products from the countryside around.

Read moreWe went to eat a few burgers with some vegan friends I met in Carcassonne a few days ago. We were all very surprised by the quality of the food and the originality of some dishes (by the way I strongly recommend the faux-gras).
The staff was pretty cool as well and the music was a great way to dig into some old school French hip-hop. That was a great experience and I really recommend it, for the food, the vibes and the people!

This small vegan burger restaurant is definitely a must if you’re in Toulouse! Though make a booking because they are fully booked in advance.
Read moreOut of a stroke of luck we were able to get a questionable “table” because they were fully booked, but the uncomfortable seats were so worth it for the food.
Their menu is very simple, two types of burgers, two types of foie gras type spreads, some other tapa, a hot dog, fries, a salad, and desserts. They change things around, but their hot dog and mushroom burger are fixed. The night I went they had a mushroom burger and a tofu burger that was “sea flavored” or tried to be a fried fish sort of thing. My boyfriend and I each ordered one to try both as well as their foie gras and fries. The burgers were both amazing. I loved the mushroom one—the texture really was meaty somehow. I was mind blown. He loved the “fish” one. They use sauces and seasonings masterfully so that their food really bursts with flavor.
The foie gras was some sort of chestnut and hazelnut spread and it was smoky and also surprisingly delicious. The fries were your usual fried potato variety. Very thin and soggy, so they felt overly greasy to me. Probably the only thing I would not order again.
We had no room for dessert, but their cakes looked quite good. Hopefully there’s a next time. Highly recommend eating here. One of the best vegan junk food type things I’ve ever had—both homey and super flavorful.
