We inquired with our server whether the vegetarian entrees were dairy free, and were told that they used ghee in all of their rice and were not able to offer a vegan entree. The server went on to say that we should expect this to be the case at all Indian restaurants, but I have never experienced that anywhere else. To be fair, this visit was in fall 2015 and maybe they have made some changes since then-- If you are vegan, definitely ask about the inclusion of ghee. They lost our business that night.
They are very accommodating to vegan, always able to veganize something that is on or off the menu for me and I love how they always bring me separate vegan basmati from my dining companions.

Traditional Indian and Modern Indian-Inspired Dishes. Our waiter offered to have the kitchen prepare 11 of the menu items vegan for us including bread! Yay! The Chaat is amazing. The wait staff and manager are always very kind and accommodating.
