Five stars salt bread - Edit
This bakery although not fully vegan has many satisfying vegan options and THE best salt bread ever created. There are many different types and it changes according to the time of day, there's also a tiramisu which was given full marks by my tiramisu lover husband! The drinks are delicious (the lemonade with sorbet is incredible on a hot day) and there are many places you can sit. I really love this cafe.

Cons: Not fully vegan

Vegan salt bread - Edit
Just go there! They have many vegan salt bread options (of course things can sell out, and there are less to pick from later in the afternoon).
Read morePlain salt bread, cream, chocolate, strawberry, almond.. the list is long!
They also had some tiramisu. Look both on the window counter and the fridge.
You could get some of the drinks either with oat or coconut milk.

Matcha and strawberry oat latte was alright. Bread also not bad. Great option for a vegan but not as satisfying as it was hyped up to be

Good coffee, solid pastries - Edit
I was a little disappointed when I found
Read moreout that it wasn’t all vegan, but I decided to give it a try. I had a very good flat white with oat milk and a seed hotteak kouign-amann, which was well made, flaky and not terribly sweet. They know their business here!
The restaurant is very beautiful and calm.
Pros: Ambiance , Coffee, Flaky pastry
Cons: Not all vegan, Could have more interesting flavors

I loved the tiramisu - Edit
Vegan Tiramisu was amazing. I tried a red bean bread with walnuts but that was average.

All show and no substance - Edit
Don't get me wrong, the place is impressive, even great for your Instagram, the display is made for all of the wannabe influencers. But that's about it, the display is not great for pastries themselves as they get dry and tough quickly. We got a plain croissant and pain au chocolat, both were great. We also got strawberry matcha which was sickly sweet and it was left there after two sips.
Read moreWe also got two yuzu pastries to go, we ate them 3h later after cycling. They were too sweet, too greasy, too tough and chewy, I threw 1/3 of it away despite being rather famished.
So, 2 out of 5 items were good, the other three were rubbish, despite costing a fortune.
Pros: Interior, Plain croissant
Cons: Drinks too sweet , Flavoured pastries are too sweet, too greasy , Overpriced

Croissant madness - Edit
The cafe itself has a - how can I put it - creative decor. It was the vegan cream-filled croissant that drew me in. And yes! It was very delicious. The cream was very creamy, sweet, but not too sweet. Washed it down with a very good oat latte.
Read moreExpensive, but hey, what else do you expect at such a trendy place. Croissant and coffee were worth it!
I would not recommend ordering the red bean pastry. It wasn't that spectacular (and fresh; being packed in plastic). For the same price you can get multiple of them at a market.
But the croissant: yes!

Great Vegan Baked Good - Edit
There is a wall of pastries and the entire left side are the vegan option. Everything we had was quite tasty including the croissants (with and without chocolate) and olive bread.
