Superb vegan food - Edit
So glad that Haddonfield now has joined the ranks of towns with fully vegan restaurants. We enjoyed our meal here so much. It was an early dinner/late lunch. I had the crab cake sandwich. My dear friend had the BLT. We shared brussel sprouts. For dessert I had the doughtnut. My friend had the key lime cake. Everything was fresh and amazing. I look forward to my next visit to this incredible restaurant.

Great food but sad it changed - Edit
The food here is delicious but as others have mentioned, it’s changed a lot in the last few years. It went from a nice casual sit-down restaurant with comfort food to a fine dining experience. All of the Philly vegan restaurants have done the same thing- changed their menu to tapas style and upped the prices 😕 I guess I can understand this a little bit more for the city, but it was so exciting when leaf opened up and it became my go-to fully vegan, sit down (not order up front) restaurant with real portion sizes. I’ve been out of the state for the last few years and just moved back and while I’m so happy they survived the pandemic, I really miss what leaf used to be. Seems like the vegan food scene is nothing but little (veggie) burger joints or upscale, special occasion type- places. Leaf used to fill that gap nicely, but I guess now we just have to hope for more vegan places to open up and hopefully make up for it.

FAVORITE RESTAURANT BY FAR - Edit
I’ve been to leaf countless times and every time I go I have an amazing 5 star experience. Every item on the menu is unique and rich in flavor and their customer service is always great! I definitely recommend any of the flatbreads, the cauliflower, the ravioli is OUT OF THIS WORLD, and the chickpea dish! Do try their desserts, especially the Tiramisu, it literally melts in your mouth 🤤 They also almost always have new dishes and specials available! #Veganuary

Middle of the line? Some stuff is good - Edit
Went with friends yesterday, the drinks and starters were delicious, but the main dishes need a ton of improvement. We got the ravioli (bland, and who puts tomato sauce under ravioli and leaves the raviolis dry- also not enough sauce), the trumpet mushroom (tiniest main I’ve ever seen, no pics tho, friend was hungry after), and the Sichuan noodles (overall the only main that seemed fine). Maybe the menu has a lot of change, but it’s not worth it for me to come back, especially how much money we spent.

Amazing flat bread. Fresh dishes - Edit
The Blue Cheese Flat Bread was out of this world. I could eat them all day long. I also tried the tofu dish. It was good but not out of this world. My friend had the eggplant. All ingredients were fresh. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. My only suggestion is for detailed dining training. He tired to clear our plates mid bite and dropped the check with dessert. Felt rushed in an empty resturant. Regardless, this place is a go!

Cons: Wait staff would benefit from dining training , A little pricey

I used to love this place - Edit
I went here a few years back a bunch when they had delicious sandwiches, nachos, burgers. Why’d they have to make it super fancy it was perfect the way it was. Im sure the food is great now but I loved their BLT before!

My (non vegan)husband and I enjoyed our Valentines dinner here. We both enjoyed everything we ordered. We will happily return! I do hope to see a new menu with the change of seasons, that’s all I could critique.

Love it! Definitely worth the short drive from Philly - Edit
Calling all Philly vegans! Don't sleep on Leaf! They make their raviolis, flatbreads, and so much more from scratch, and it definitely scratches the comfort food itch without being a slew of fried and greasy fare typically found around Philly. Check out this woman-owned business!

We enjoyed our first visit here today. The staff was warm and attentive and the food was fresh and well prepared and delicious. The buffalo cauliflower might be addictive. We’re looking forward to a return visit soon.

Good food, okay service - Edit
I've eaten here half a dozen times. The food is generally good, but the portion size can be disappointing for the price ($18 for a beyond burger?!?). The best menu item was the nachos and they no longer offer them. More than once I've called in to order and been told they're too busy. They also don't offer elivery service . Love to have a local veg option, but not sure how long they'll survive if they can't consistently provide service..

We enjoyed our meals, especially the buffalo cauliflower and spinach and artichoke starters. Slightly on the expensive side so it won’t be a place I eat at as often but will definitely go back!

Can't Go Wrong Here - Edit
Cute little place with great vegan food. Everything I've tried here has been good. Some favorites are the buffalo cauliflower, spinach artichoke dip and tacos. The menu is small, and does make you wish for more choices, especially if you come here often. Happily, they do have specials sometimes which are always worth trying. Overall, a great addition to the South Jersey vegan food scene.

Absolutely awesome food. Great to bring non-vegan family and friends to! We celebrated my birthday here and it’s so nice to be able to order anything off of the menu and not worry about what goes into it.

I've been to Leaf many times, and it is one of my favorites! Not only is it in the adorable town of Haddonfield, but their food does NOT disappoint. Their buffalo cauliflower is some of the best I've ever had, and that only scratches the surface on their many options.

Great little cafe in an adorable town - Edit
An adorable cafe with outstanding food. Everything from the coffee and tea to the main dishes were delicious. We had the chickpea noodle soup, kale caesar, banana chocolate chip waffle and oatmal. All were fantastic. The cupcakes (which are made by a local baker) we amazing as well. Great service and adorable location! Highly recommended

Always a win - Edit
I have been here twice and intend on visiting again soon. I am slowly bringing all of my friends and family here to try it. Everything is absolutely delicious. I’ve have a sweet potato and quinoa burger, tacos, and mac&cheese as entrees. The side of Brussels sprouts is amazing, as are their buffalo cauliflower wings! The food is not cheap, but it is well work the price. Honestly, each dish is exquisite. I have taken several non-vegans with me, and they loved the place as much as I did. I can’t wait to go there again!
