Serves meat, vegan options available. Makes tarte flambées (flammkuchen, a French dish that's popular in Germany) and includes one page of vegetarian options and one of sweet tartes. Four of the vegetarian ones and several of sweet ones can be ordered vegan. Kitchen will change the creme fraiche to a soy based one. Salad is available but no plant-based milk for coffee. Really like this place and I think I tried all the labeled vegan options and some more just asking to leave meat out or something. Friendly staff and tasty food.
Read moreI recommend to go there hungry and take the all-you-can eat (except when eating alone) since I wouldn’t have tried some of my current favorites, if I had had to choose only one option.

Tasty food, plenty for vegans. We hadn't eaten Flammkuchen before so can't make a valid comparison but enjoyed these so much that when we subsequently went to Quedlingburg we ate at Le Feu there 4 evenings out of 6.

Schnelle Bedienung, und leckere flammkuchen - die vegane Creme und der Belag ist super! Man muss aufpassen dass man vegan dazu sagt, sonst sind die grün gekennzeichneten flammkuchen nur vegetarisch. Leider nicht ganz günstig.

Read moreDer Service war super, der Flammkuchen des Monats (Pfifferlinge ❤️) wurde wie versprochen veganisiert. Aber auch sonst finden sich einige vegane Optionen auf der Karte.
Und lecker war es auch noch. ☺️
Wir werden wohl leider erst einmal nicht wieder nach Celle fahren. Aber wenn werden wir sicherlich wieder im Feu einen Stop machen.

Die Flammkuchen sind flach, knusprig und lecker. So wie es sein muss. Wir haben Peperoni und Erdapfel probiert und können beide sehr empfehlen. Auch die kleine Salatbowl war sehr lecker. Merci. :-)

Das Personal ist was das angeht, auch gut informiert. Geschmeckt hat der Flammkuchen "Ratatouille" sehr gut, vor allem der Boder war perfekt.

Bei schöner Atmosphäre und einen sehr netten Gastgeber gibt es auf Nachfrage eine sehr große Auswahl veganen Alternativen. Wir haben das All you can eat bestellt- bei großen Hunger lohnt sich das definitiv.

Great adjustments and service - Edit
They are not a vegan restaurant BUT they will work with you to deliver vegan food. Their signature meal can swap out sour cream for vegan cream and is delicious. The service from our attendant (Mikhal) was outstanding. They also have vegan desserts (with adjustments). Will absolutely be returning.
