Great vegan selection - Edit
It’s just a question of semantics I guess, but to my mind a pâté d’amande sorbet isn’t a sorbet, it’s a very thick almond milk ice cream.

One of the best vegan ice creams in Paris - Edit
Their marzipan (“pâte d’amande” in French) flavor is out of this world AND vegan. I was super surprised to see that they indicated the vegan flavors on their menu because this is quite a traditional ice cream place and I would have never thought they would care about veganism!! And also their waffle is vegan too
