Tasty Tofu Scramble - Edit
Inviting restaurant with only a few vegan options, but I was thankful for the vegan tofu scramble on the menu. The scrambled tofu contained beautifully caramelized onions, as well as tomatoes & green peppers. Additionally, there were pieces of roasted purple, sweet & regular potato. A decent amount of mixed greens with an onion vinaigrette and whole wheat toast rounded out the plate. This dish was fairly high in fat for an oil-free eater like me, but definitely flavorful and not too greasy. Service was friendly in a comfortable interior. Noise levels were acceptable even with most tables occupied.
