A plant-based cuisine with the aim to use local, seasonal ingredients from agriculture that respects the environment. Located in the green Ardèche, in the heart of the medieval village of Désaignes and the valley of the Doux. The menu changes seasonally. Sample dishes include pearl barley risotto, potato millefeuille, apple crumble, and valrhona chocolate aquafaba. Also offers three and four-course meal with dishes of your choice. Open Tue-Fri 19:30-21:30, Wed-Sun 12:00-14:30, Sat 19:30-22:00.

Depuis que je suis végane, il est compliqué de trouver des restos qui me conviennent.
Du coup, pouvoir passer un moment dans ce restaurant végétalien et pouvoir me régaler du début à la fin est absolument magique. Oui, magique ! J'ai adoré.
Et mon compagnon, qui n'est pas végane, a lui aussi grandement apprécié ce moment. Tout était délicieux et bleuffant.
Mes petites chiennes étaient les bienvenues. Au top je vous dis !
Ah oui : ils ont reçu le Gault& Millau 2025. Grandement mérité.

I would recommend the full 5 course menu, go for it and enjoy the adventure.
It is absolutely worth the money and the travel time.
I would always visit again if I passed Lyon again.

Everything here is vegan, and the menu is really well crafted. The food was delicious and the service was great. You can choose a combination of plates, or they had a tasting option where you could sample a little bit of every dish. We went for the tasting option for both mains and dessert and I'd recommend it! Probably best to book a table in advance, as a couple of people were turned away while we were eating there.
