tasty but few options - Edit
unfortunately, there's only one vegan flammkuchen on the menu, but at least it's very tasty. for the other options, you can switch to vegan crème fraîche and vegan bacon ( 1€) but they don't seem to have a vegan cheese subsitute, so it wouldn't help.

We Had wine and shared 3 vegan Fox Flammekueche in the 2 hours WE spent at the Restaurant. It might be busy but Service was quick for us. More vegan Options Would be great, would still recommend

Great option in Dijon ! - Edit
You have one classic choice of flammenkuche which is already great when you live in Dijon ! And cocktails are good too ! The waiters are really nice and try too find many options when you are vegan.

I though at first it was expensive because usually you eat at least 2 tartes flambées to be full (In Alsace) but surprisingly we both were satisfied with one

Nice option in city center, not great - Edit
One vegan savory flammekuech, with mushrooms, onions, vegan cream and lardons végétaux. Overall it was nice, the lardons are tasty and smoky (which probably make it feel similar to the original) and the soy cream is good, but there's indeed too little of this cream and some parts of the dish felt too dry. More cream would definitely improve the dish, as well some more ingredients (vegetables and sauces) to make it richer.
Read moreRegarding dessert, even though the menu mentions that it can be made vegan on demand, I could only get a flammekuech with apples or banana and a bit of sugar, which was again nice but lackluster. After I had ordered, I was told that the chocolate and ice creams (which were supposed to be on top) contain dairy. Also, I was still charged the full dish price which was a bit disappointing.
Pros: Cute vegan version of traditional local food, Nice atmosphere

No disrespect to the lovely lady who was making the flammekueches but it was dry and undercooked. There was little to no wet ingredients and the mushrooms, onions and lardons were still raw. Service is painfully slow.

Came here for lunch on a Sunday as most other places were closed. Their service was fast and food came out decently fast.

Agréablement surprise de voir une option végane dans un resto de ce genre ! On peut même avoir un dessert végane sur demande (sans crème ni glace). Le lieu est super sympa, calme et agréable. Le personnel est accueillant. Vraiment un lieu que je recommande !
