Excellent vegan restaurant - Edit
I was very happy to find a vegan restaurant in Pistoia. The food is very good, the service also. The location is nice, near the city centre.

A very nice surprise - Edit
This little gem in the center of Pistoia was a nice surprise. The place is elegant, with a minimalist vibe. The menu has many choices (all vegan, gluten-free upon request 24 h prior to the reservation), with a very curated selection of the ingredients which are all local: it offers a typical Tuscan cuisine, the vegan way. It also changes based on the season, to offer the veggies in their peak moment of ripeness. The wine and beer selection is varied and it comprises local products. The dessert was delicious, as well. Francesca, the chef, and the waiter are sweet and caring, and it is a pleasure to talk with them.

On out two week trip in Tuscany this was by far the best restaurant. The restaurant is lovely and the dishes are amazing. Definetely try the desserts too!

Went two time to eat in this small restaurant that is located close to beautiful S.Andrea middle-age church. I had the chance to taste plates from November and December menu and every one was prepared carefully and was very good. Kamut spaghetti with fenel and fruit pesto,lentils balls, red beans burger and the cakes: everythings good.

Price for two courses + one side,cake, beer and herbal infusion 40 euros.
Menu is 100% vegan.
