More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

It's better for the animals, better for the envirement and better for my health.

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

I think it is a great way to find places to eat vegan, all over the world. It's a powerful and positive way to share our experiences so others can benefit of it as well.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

I've loved my travels and eating experiences in England, but unfortunately i did not yet discover this app back then. I would love to go back there. I also want to visit Scotland and Ireland in the next 5 years!

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

Professor Grunschnable Icecream, my home made vegan brownies (with black beans), smoothies and juices (fresh), lentil soup, vegan burgers, oatmeal pancakes and soooo much more...

Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:

Books: Eating Animals - Jonathan Safran Foer A plea for the animals - Matthieu Ricard Thrive - Brendan Brazier And there are a lot of great vegan cookbooks nowadays! Documentaries: Cowspiracy Forks over knives Live and let live Fat, sick & nearly dead
