Vegetarian with some vegan options - Edit
It would be nice if they labeled the items so you can tell what's vegan. The creme of wheat is made with coconut milk and is vegan.

It's a great place for vegetarians, but confusing for vegans. It's hard to tell which items are vegan, and the staff don't know.

Surprise! This is Health Care!!! - Edit
My wife was in for surgery and I was concerned about eating well while I stayed with her. I was shocked to discover a vegetarian restaurant front and center. (This is not the main cafeteria. Lakeside Cafe is located in main hospital behind reception desk and down stairs.) They have many vegan options as well. They do breakfast and lunch during the week and are closed on weekends. The public is welcome and I noticed several people from adjacent businesses here for lunch. If you’re visiting the Orlando Art Museum or Science Center walk over for a healthful lunch. Options are plentiful and change daily!!! With all sincerity and truthfulness, this was the most healthy part of the stay here. Ironically, the people at the Lakeside Cafe are mostly doctors and staff. If everyone ate plant-strong they would have to start closing down parts of the hospital. The food at Lakeside Cafe is healthy, flavorful, with plenty of options, and on top of all that...it was super affordable. A meal with a main item, two sides and a bottle of water was under $7. Win win win!!!
