Nice avocado hummus sandwich - Edit
This was a nice quiet Cafe to get breakfast in. One of the few places in town with a good vegan option for breakfast.

Excellent bread! - Edit
La Vianda is basically a bakery that also has some tables where you can have small dishes, like open sandwiches, salads, soup. They have wholemeal breads like in central Europe, which was such a nice change from the usual sandwiches you get in other places... I had the walnut bread with hummus and avocado which was excellent! Also grabbed a salad for take-away, also very good. Portion sizes are rather small, though, but well worth the money.

Most beautiful avocado toast ever! - Edit
It’s challenging to find vegan or WFPB food so we were delighted to discover La Vianda! The vegan and vegetarian items were clearly marked. The Rustic Walnut Bread with Hummus was delicious and very beautifully prepared. The walnut bread was excellent! My husband had the Quinoa Chickpea Salad. UPDATE: Went back a second time, just as good. I also bought a bunch of Roots bars which I first encountered at Hotel Ilaia which has an excellent plant-based breakfast and really nice vibe and service.

Comida muy sabrosa - Edit
Cuesta encontrar variedad vegana o vegetariana por acá. Este local además de ofrecer opciones veganas y vegetarianas ofrecen mezclas novedosas en sus platos, incluso los más sencillos como pasta con salsa es muy sabroso, se nota el cariño al preparar la comida.
