Read moreAppena si entra in taverna è facilissimo sentirsi a proprio agio: il personale è estremamente accogliente e il locale è strutturato in modo da potersi spostare liberamente tra la cucina e il tavolo, così da vivere a 360 gradi tutte le fasi di creazione delle pietanze.
Tutti i piatti sono studiati al minimo dettaglio con ingredienti di altissima qualità.
Ci torneremo sicuramente!

A special place, truly a place of the heart. In the bistro, you can enjoy divine plant-based food, nutritionally balanced and with an excellent price/quality ratio. It's also an academy where you can learn how to cook in a tasty and simple way. A true place to go for those who eat plant-based food. Marzia and Ferdinando are extraordinarily talented, welcoming and skilled at leading you on a journey of discovery into a world that many think they know, but which they discover to be even more fascinating and enjoyable. Ogni piatto che ho assaggiato era sorprendente, equilibrato e fatto con una sensibilità rara: si sente la ricerca, ma anche tanto cuore.
Non ho scattato molte foto proprio perché ero completamente assorbita dall’atmosfera e dall’esperienza a tavola.

Ci hanno regalato il menù 6 portate bistrot per Natale, e abbiamo deciso di prenotare per inizio marzo. Cibo buonissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli. Prezzo onestissimo, soprattutto considerato che la qualità è davvero davvero alta. Prodotti biologici, menù stagionale e gusti sorprendenti.
