Snack menu at restaurant - Edit
We ate the snack menu which had a vegan sandwich on the list. Pea purée as the base. Very tasty.

This restaurant, situated within the confines of the beautiful Abbaye de Fontfroide and its' surrounding herbacious walking trails, was the culinary highlight of this vegan's Sud de France trip. They offer a three-course seasonal vegan menu and, aside from this, a mouthwatering selection of sorbet flavours!
Read moreWe ate a starter of chilled melon soup with Muscat jelly followed by a dish of grains with fennel, mangetout, watercress and topped with petits falafels that rival my own. It's quite a pricey place but the service was amazing and I thought the menu genuinely imaginative. A definite repeater!
