Adorable little vegan spot - Edit
In a vegan desert, La Rana Vegana is a welcome respite. This is a darling little establishment. It's the brainchild of a woman whose mother is the chef.
Read moreWe went with two omnivores. We ordered the nacho for an appetizer and it was great! For our main meal we had the Caesar salad and a flat bread pizza. The dressing for the salad had peanuts in it which is an unusual flavor for Caesar salad and, while we knew it would be in there from the description, it was a little off putting. Our pizza was tasty but a tad undercooked so it was not crispy. Our dinner partners had the tacos and another nacho and were happy with their meal. We ordered the orange basil drink and while our partners didn't care for it, we thought it was delicious, refreshing and healthy tasting. Overall we enjoyed our visit very much and would encourage everyone to give it a try!!
Pros: The owner family❤️, The food is healthy and delicious , Adorable setting

Small homely all vegan restaurant - Edit
This small place consists of about 7 tables spread out in a back garden. The menu on offer is wonderful and the family staff are friendly and helpful. Best food we found in 2 weeks at Cabo San Lucas.

Fresh guacamole 🥑 and good chips - Edit
Really cute place on Calle Ignacio Zaragoza. It’s on that street just past the intersection on Avenida De la Juventud and Ignacio so if you’re on Ignacio walking north just keep walking straight and you’ll see it.
Read moreI’m really glad there’s another vegan restaurant in Cabo and just basing this on my experience and what I ordered.
The people are really friendly and nice, service was great. I found the food kind of bland. The guac was good but maybe a little salt but the chips were also great. I got the la rana vegana pizza and wasn’t expecting “pizza” but it had no taste sadly.
I’d like to go back and try something else to get a better an opinion on different items since the past reviews have been so good.
Pros: Beautiful artwork, Indoor and outdoor seating , Friendly staff

The only all vegan restaurant in Cabo!!! - Edit
The food here is so incredible and SO inexpensive. It is all cash, so make sure you stop at an ATM before you get there. We’ve already gone back twice for the tacos and even got a couple calzones to go for breakfast because vegan protein is nowhere to be found in Cabo. Our second night there even had some amazing live music. The whole restaurant is a vibe. It appears to be a small family run business and is a MUST if you are in Cabo!!

Good Option - Edit
It’s too bad there aren’t more vegan restaurants in Cabo, but it’s nice to at least have La Rana. They do their food really well. Their house made vegan cheese is delicious, and we particularly enjoyed the queso fundido and the Margherita pizza. Be aware that they are cash only and we went in the summer so it was very hot and they have no AC, fans, or airflow in the establishment.

SOOO Good! - Edit
My husband and I visited La Rana Vegana 3 nights in a row because it was so delicious! There doesn't seem to be too many options in Cabo for vegans so we were very happy to find La Rana. We tried the tacos, pizzas, pasta and the potato dish. Our favourite was the tacos and pizza. The cake was also good too. The service was incredible and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for vegan options in Cabo. There is space for large groups to sit if you bring your whole crew!

Great food - Edit
The food was great. The tacos, hibiscus infusion, hostess cupcake, Caesar, and key lime pie were all excellent. They also have a cute little shop in the front. The staff were super friendly too. The back patio was a nice place to eat. I also saw a sign that they do a vegan cheese making class every day but Sunday. I wish I'd known earlier but tonight was our last night :(

Great service - very friendly staff and food came out surprisingly fast. I thought some of the meats lacked flavor, although texture was fantastic. Chorizo was the exception - so delicious.

Hidden Gem - Edit
Google maps and Apple Maps took us to a location around the corner and down the street from the restaurant. Also if you click to follow directions from the happy cow directions link it takes you to a location about 4-5 blocks away. We walked from the marina and some of the streets were a little dark and dirty feeling. Once we found the place though everything was fantastic from there!
Read moreThe woman who served us was so kind and the food was fantastic! We got the pesto Rana calzone, the Mediterranean calzone and the potato taco dish. All of them were great but our favorite was the potato dish!

Do not miss it! - Edit
We had potatoes, tacos, and the pesto pasta. It was all delicious. The best part, however, was the blueberry lemon cake we had for dessert. It was truly one of the best vegan desserts I’ve ever had.
Read moreOur server was the mother of the owner (she is also the pastry chef!) and she was so pleasant and inviting. The menu was in Spanish but she was able to explain everything in English. The couple next to us explained that they didn’t eat potatoes, onions, or garlic and she was extremely patient and kind helping them find something they could eat.
Please support this restaurant as the only vegan restaurant in Cabo!
Pros: All vegan!, Excellent service , The best dessert
