Not Vegan Conscience - Edit
Served a non-vegan meal when a vegan meal was ordered. Although they have vegan options the wait staff mistakenly ordered my husband the wrong meal that their menu said was vegetarian not vegan. We didn't notice until the bill came that it was wrong (thank goodness my husband didn't eat much of it because it was horrible). The manager assured us we were wrong, then when we pointed it out in the menu, he said it was an error in the menu and assured us that there is no meat so therefore it is vegan. They did nothing to rectify the situation and in fact charged us more for the non-vegan meal he was served that we didn't order. We also ordered hummus and veggies because we were told their pita wasn't vegan. The veggies never came but the pita bread did. When we asked for clarity on the pita bread another waitress said it was vegan contradicting what the cook staff had previously indicated. A restaurant chain should do a better job of training their staff and management on food sensitivities and allegerns. We will not be returning to any of their restaurants.

Read moreFirst and foremost the place is huge, the ambiance is nice, definitely giving upper class vibes…beautiful fireplace in the middle of the eating area, even though we were seated far away from it. Here is my biggest grudge….
I Hate when I go to spend my hard earned money to eat and pick that spot to spend my hard earned money and feel as though the host and/or sever, the very first person to welcome me in, is not welcoming at all, and even rude. Ughhhhhhh
So as always, I enter with a smile, only for a middle aged man with a stoic face to merely look at my son and not me, even though I entered first and was the person to say hello …to be seated with no words…just made me feel uncomfortable and start the overall experience negatively. He seemed upset when having to answer a couple of questions about the menu, 😫😫😫
So we get our food, which was overall very nice. The fresh warm bread and garlic paste was delicious, however I would not recommend on a date because that garlic smell is serious…good thing I wasn’t on a date date
Vegan items are clearly marked which is always a plus, food was yummy and options were plenty
Pros: Expansive options, Great convenient location, Food was yummy
Cons: Server could use some etiquette classes, Super expensive

There are lots of vegan options and the flavors amazing. The garlic paste is a must, as is the foul and fattoush salad. Juices are great too. The staff can easily explain which options are vegan.

Trying to find local vegan options and this restaurant delivered. Food came out quickly. Multiple plant based juice/smoothie options. Multiple dinner options that were really tasty. Well worth the trip
