Longer wait times since she is alone but she is upfront about it and the food is nutritionally balanced and flavorful
Ate at the bleachers since there were no tables, she still let us use the dine in plates/silverware
Calls everything végétalien instead of vegan since she has animal products in her fridge

Nous avons été agréablement surpris de pouvoir manger entièrement végétal au marché d'Apt (localisation le samedi : https://goo.gl/maps/JcfMsnBtvvr). La cuisinière est très sympathique et la nourriture est bonne et plutôt bon marché.
