Probably the best option for vegans in Rovinj - Edit
Decided to go there after checking reviews here. The staff was superkind, they knew what vegan is and recommended us fajitas. It's a bigger food for 2 people for 25€ which is a good deal (especially for Rovinj). We got 2x more gaucamole instead of one sauce that wasn't vegan. The dish contains 8 small tortillas (corn or wheat), mixture of fried veggies with mushrooms and beans, and small portion of nachos, fresh salad and 3 sauces. Overall we were very satisfied. I would definitely come there again.

I asked for a vegan burrito and they were nice and competent (it's not so obvious here that the staff knows what vegan is).

It was filled with vegetables and mushrooms, it was tasty and the sides (rice with mais and beans mole) were very good but a vegan cheese was really needed.
Also I think they don't have the vegan options in the menu so they can charge you a little more.
You can also have vegetarian fajitas, I think it can also be veganized without cheese.
Nice place, very colourful, with live music during the weekends.

Delicious food and nice restaurant! I had the tacos with lots of veggies and guacemole which was very good. There were 4 more options such as burritos. Waiters know about veganism. Nice ambiance, seating is outside, sometimes live music.

There really isn’t a lot in the area for vegans (or veggies, for that matter) and when you do find somewhere, the food is average at best. At La Concha, they were able to adapt most of their veggie menu to vegan. We went twice and had the veg fajitas and potato wedges both times because we enjoyed so much on the first visit. Fajita veggies come on a sizzling plate with beans and the portion size is very generous. Just let the server know you are vegan and they will accommodate accordingly. Comes with salsa, salad, tortilla chips shredded cabbage, and 6 mini wraps (you can ask for more). If you ask for guacamole, just make sure to get them to do it vegan as they put dairy in it. Wedges were great too. A tasty dinner though and was pleased to have a break from sub-par pizza/pasta (which seem to be the only other vegan options in the area).

Nice food and atmosphere - Edit
Staff is very friendly and food is delicious. Chef can adapt pretty much everything vegan so get ready for lots of grilled vegetables and beans. Unfortunately we didn't have guacamole as they put dairy cream in that day which I found a bit strange as never seen guacamole recipe using dairy. Would come back again.

The staff was nice, the restaurant has a cool design and the food was very good 😊 they have a few vegan dishes and most other can be made vegan on request, they're open to it. the nachos were very good, normally they serve three dips, but for vegans there's only one (a salsa).
