Only sign for vegetarian. You would have to ask for vegan pasta (if no eggs) burger only veggie.

Wide range of options on the mountain - Edit
If you're skiing or hiking, this location is your base station on the mountain and is easily reachable - but you'll have to pay for the cable car to get there. The vegan options are quite numerous, you can get something for every course which makes it the best options in Sils.
