Siamo andate per il brunch "à l'assiette" e WOW! Sia il piatto dolce che quello salato sono super abbondanti e saporiti, in più ci si può servire in qualsiasi momento con acqua, caffè, tè e infusi di tutti i tipi, pane e confettura o nocciolata! È possibile anche ordinare bevande extra a un prezzo ridotto rispetto al solito. Siamo uscite dal locale rotolando per la quantità di cibo e soddisfatte dalla qualità! Menzione speciale per il tofu strapazzato e I sofficissimi pancake!

Essen war mega. Hatte die Gnocchi mit Linsenbolognese gehabt. Dazu noch einen leckeren, frischen Salat. War sehr reichlich. Personal sehr nett und Ambiente hübsch eingerichtet. Der einzige Wermutstropfen: sie bieten am Abend nur das Essen an, was Mittags übrig bleibt. Was der Qualität und Frische nicht darunter leidet! Wir hatten Glück. Preis völlig in Ordnung. Für 2 Essen, 1 Salat und 2 Getränke 33,50 Euro. Kann man echt nicht meckern.

It started with the fact that we weren't very hungry, then when we wanted to share something, we were told we weren't allowed to share anything. Although we could have simply shared a plate. We found that absolutely incomprehensible. The food was also not our cup of tea. The rice was absolutely hard and the meat was unexpectedly sweet with the sauce. Even the salad tasted unpleasant. We're not sure why we paid €31 for it, but then we didn't feel like discussing it any more.

Lugar sencillo, había dos platos principales entre los que elegir, y nos podíamos servir lo que quisiéramos (pero solo una vez). Lo que no me ha gustado es que no estaba muy caliente, y el precio de las cosas en general me ha parecido un poquito alto para lo que eran. Pero estaba rico, el local está bien y los trabajadores eran amables.

Wir hatten Tofu Teriyaki mit Reis (leider versalzen)und Spätzle Carbonara (etwas zu trocken).Es gibt ein Buffet bei dem man sich selbst bedienen kann. Uns hat es hier nicht so gut geschmeckt, aber toll ist das Konzept und dass alles vegan ist. Hatten vermutlich Pech mit dem Essen.

Read moreTout y est végane et le buffet est a volonté et très gourmand. C’est délicieux, je me suis régalée. J’ai eu droit à une boisson avec le buffet, j’ai pris un délicieux jus de légumes maison.
Il y a aussi de très bons desserts, comme j’y suis allée avec des habitués, le responsable nous a offert le dessert.
J’ai adoré ma soirée à la bouture.
Pros: Tout est végane , C’est gourmand et délicieux , Le buffet à volonté, oh la la !

I had a strange experience here.
Read moreFor some reason, the staff would not speak or engage with me in any way even though I stood in front of them for (to me) an uncomfortably long time. This happened multiple times: they could clearly tell I was right across the counter but kept acting like I was not there (even though I clearly did not know the protocol). Well, fair enough, I figured, they're probably just uncomfortable with English (and my French is rather limited). But a little while later, a couple walked in who spoke no French at all, and they actually proactively came out from behind the counter to explain the whole thing and help them out. I just can't figure out why I was treated so differently multiple times.
I was also given some weird instructions about the food service that ended up with my paying for a whole extra thing. I'll put that down to poor communication.
The food itself was fine but not amazing. And I'd say disproportionately expensive (even excluding the above issues) for the quantity.
Overall a very odd experience and not one that I care to repeat. The location is lovely but my experience was not.

Most of our team speaks English, we have English menus which we tend to give out for better explanations, and when busy we make sure to let our customers know we will take care of them. We also know that our concept isn't the easiest to understand depending on the time of the day, so we make a point to find time to explain to our new customers. We're disappointed to read this wasn't the case upon your arrival.

C’est l’un de nos favoris sur Strasbourg. La formule apéritivo du soir permet de goûter un peu à tout (buffet à volonté) tout en restant très accessible en termes de budget (18€ pour le buffet une boisson au choix, quelle qu’elle soit) !
