Great spot for vegan food - out of the way but really good. Staff were friendly and explained everything well. Had a self serve 3 course meal for lunch. Everything fully vegan with festive drink specials.

Wir hatten Tofu Teriyaki mit Reis (leider versalzen)und Spätzle Carbonara (etwas zu trocken).Es gibt ein Buffet bei dem man sich selbst bedienen kann. Uns hat es hier nicht so gut geschmeckt, aber toll ist das Konzept und dass alles vegan ist. Hatten vermutlich Pech mit dem Essen.

Read moreTout y est végane et le buffet est a volonté et très gourmand. C’est délicieux, je me suis régalée. J’ai eu droit à une boisson avec le buffet, j’ai pris un délicieux jus de légumes maison.
Il y a aussi de très bons desserts, comme j’y suis allée avec des habitués, le responsable nous a offert le dessert.
J’ai adoré ma soirée à la bouture.
Pros: Tout est végane , C’est gourmand et délicieux , Le buffet à volonté, oh la la !

I had a strange experience here.
Read moreFor some reason, the staff would not speak or engage with me in any way even though I stood in front of them for (to me) an uncomfortably long time. This happened multiple times: they could clearly tell I was right across the counter but kept acting like I was not there (even though I clearly did not know the protocol). Well, fair enough, I figured, they're probably just uncomfortable with English (and my French is rather limited). But a little while later, a couple walked in who spoke no French at all, and they actually proactively came out from behind the counter to explain the whole thing and help them out. I just can't figure out why I was treated so differently multiple times.
I was also given some weird instructions about the food service that ended up with my paying for a whole extra thing. I'll put that down to poor communication.
The food itself was fine but not amazing. And I'd say disproportionately expensive (even excluding the above issues) for the quantity.
Overall a very odd experience and not one that I care to repeat. The location is lovely but my experience was not.

Most of our team speaks English, we have English menus which we tend to give out for better explanations, and when busy we make sure to let our customers know we will take care of them. We also know that our concept isn't the easiest to understand depending on the time of the day, so we make a point to find time to explain to our new customers. We're disappointed to read this wasn't the case upon your arrival.

Warm welcome, sweet spot, awesome food! The location is conveniently close to the long-distance bus station in Strasbourg, and it’s just neat to come grab some delicious, nourishing, satisfying food without having to worry about what’s in what (the place is fully vegan)! The atmosphere is chill, the place is part of a local cooperative and it’s just nice to eat and hang here. Feels like home. The food is really tasty, and the prices are very much justified by the generous portions (that one may serve oneself).

When I came across of this place on this app, I needed to try it out, so we went there to try out the brunch.
Read moreLovely place, and luckily we had a very sunny day that day, so we could sit outside on their terrace.
After ordering our drinks which can be any warm drink from their menu and a cold drink depending on their selection, we went to grab ourselves our first plate.
The brunch offered pastries (pain au chocolat, croissant), yogurt, granola, small pancakes and different kinds of spreadable for the sweet part. And for the savory part, they had a savory croissant, a salad, kind of rillettes, camembert and kefta balls. But also, scrambled tofu, sausages and bacon, potatoes and vegetables.
A brunch gives you the great opportunity to take a small amount of everything, to try out and see what you like the most.
On my side, my guilty pleasure is the pain au chocolat, which was a small nice bite of heaven, nicely crispy from the outside, buttery and soft from the inside.
I also personally like that they offered yogurt which I could combine with chia seeds, fresh strawberries and a bit of their I homemade apple sauce.
On the savory part, the scrambled tofu with the bacon & soft vegetables were just a perfect addition to the sweets. I haven served myself twice …
The only little drawback I would mention would be the refilling, which either took some time or unpresent.

Read moreIndeed, depending at what time you come the refill varies as the buffet ends at 1:30pm, and we try to avoid as much waste as possible, which means we slow down on cooking extra products towards the end. We hope you understand :)

I went here for lunch. There were to dishes to choose from and they cost 12€ each. The service was very nice and the vibe of the place as well. The outdoor seating was cozy and felt great in the sun. The food tasted great.
