New management; less V/VG options - Edit
Hotel is under new management as of Spring 2022. We stayed overnight in May 2022 and only vegan savoury option was a curry, no sweet option. For breakfast there was avocado and tomatoes on toast (but had to ask for no egg). There was one vegetarian pasta dish. Avo on toast wasn’t particularly memorable.

Friendly staff, nice location watching seals in the water, can take your dog in with you and good vegan options on the menu! (would've given 5 stars if app allowed it)

We had breakfast and lunch at this lovely place. Very beautiful restaurant with amazing views. Staff is lovely as well. Very friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about the food. Veganism is very well understood and ingredients are discussed with the kitchen if needed. We ordered vegan haggis and a lentil curry. Everything was high quality and very fresh. Fresh pumpkin and kale in the curry; great! Coffee was also very good.
