Ask them

They serve meat and fish ordinarily, so just ask them to make plant-based food. The chef knows well about plant-based diet and can make fine dishes with using fresh vegetables.

Pros: Chef is flexible to make special options, Wine is great, Fresh Vegetable

Cons: Not usually vegan
