Still open! And serves great food! - Edit
This place is definitely not closed, yay! And the location is accurate too :)
Read moreIt's a small place and apparently quite popular because it was fully booked when I tried to make a reservation. They were kind enough to make a bento lunchbox for me, which I could pick up 40 minutes after my phone call. 1400 yen for azuki bean rice with many small side dishes including fried kōyadōfu, and daikon with peanut miso. It was all very tasty!!
Pros: Take-out possible, Tasty, Walking distance from Jidōshagakkōmae station

Closed - Edit
I checked their Happy Cow page and website before visiting to confirm their hours, but arrived to find they were closed (it was a Tuesday). Not sure if it's permanent or not, but if they're going to close on random days they should at least post an update on their website.
