Know what is vegan ahead of time - Edit
The staff isn't always super knowledgeable, but it's a large chain and it's easy to find options online. If you know what you can get beforehand this is a great place!

There are some vegan options technically, but it was a cumbersome experience trying to identify those options.
Read moreThey don't have any vegan milk substitute options. They add milk powder to many of their drinks which is considered "dairy free" but includes casein. It's not vegan but the staff seem to think it is.
I would only come back if they made it more vegan friendly in the future.

Since the bubbles are soaked in Honey, I would recommend Crystal Boba or Herbal for topping.
Alot of us love the passion fruit green tea and wintermelon green tea, so try that out when you get a chance. =)
