Not Typical Waco - Edit
Every time I bring new people here, they tell me they don't feel like they're in Waco anymore. The vibe is definitely upscale lounge, with a fantastic cocktail menu to match (try the Geisha, with cucumber and green tea, or the Lillet Koi, with passion fruit and ginger). There aren't many veggie options here, but the ones they have are great. I usually start with an order of edamame for the table and get a garden roll and some tamago (sweet egg omelet) nigiri. The maki here is pretty sizable; I'd usually order 3 rolls, but here I can barely make it through 2.
Pros: Delicious, Great atmosphere, More than avocado/cucumber rolls avail.
Cons: Pricey
