Waren am Samstag mit den Kindern dort. Super lecker Essen. Der Vöner Teller ist wahnsinnig gut kommt aber nicht an die überragenden mac n cheese ball's ran. Und das Personal ist so nett aufmerksam und absolut kinderfreundlich.

A unique alternative snack bar. The restaurant and the few outdoor seating areas are a bit cramped. But the food is delicious and reasonably priced. I had a vegan doner kebab, which I enjoyed.

It´s a very small cafe but I was lucky to get a free seat inside. I had the döner bowl, which combined Turkish and Mexican elements (tortilla crisps, hot sauce, etc.) nicely. The portion was big and I loved having such a variety of vegetables and sauces in my dish! The service was friendly and fast. A clear recommendation if you like or don´t mind alternative places with feminist messages on the walls.

Comfy vegan fast food place - Edit
This is the kind of vegan place you only find in smaller cities with an alternative scene. When you walk into some of these kind of places you can feel a bit like an outsiders introduing into an almost private, secluded setting. However, that was definitely not the case here. Both the staff and other customers were really friendly and welcoming. The food is unashamedly heavy and greasy fast food, but well-made and made with love. The portions are enormous and the prices more than fair. Whenever we're in Rostock again, this will be our first port of call.

There is a large selection of different dishes. For example kebabs, burgers or sandwiches. The plate with fries, tzatziki and soya strips was delicious. Unfortunately, the soya strips were a little too long in the pan. The mac ‘n cheese sandwich was good. Unfortunately, the sandwich and the mac'n cheese balls only tasted a little like cheese. We were recommended the cranberry aoli to go with the mac'n cheese balls.

The food is a selection of a few burgers, a few bowls and a larger selection of different kebab and wraps. We had a bowl, a kebab wrap (dürüm), chips and the mac'n'cheeze balls. We also tried one of the homemade donuts. Everything was very tasty.

Really delicious food at a very reasonable price. The portions are large. The tsatziki was particularly amazing as was the mac and cheese balls with the creamy Preiselbeeren sauce. They danced on my tongue! The desserts were fantastic. The people who work there are also super friendly and helpful.

Sobald man die Küche de Friedens betritt wird man von einer super freundlichen und offenen Atmosphäre begrüßt. Das Personal ist sehr locker drauf und versteht sich quasi blind. Alle sind freundlich und kümmern sich so schnell wie möglich um dein Wohlergehen.
Read moreDie Karte bietet eine vergleichsweise sehr große Auswahl wobei alle Speisen voll und ganz vegan zubereitet sind. Besonders empfehlen kann ich hier als Vorspeise die Mac and Chesse Balls (besonders mit der hauseigenen Basilikum Mayonaise). Ich selbst habe den Hausrezeptur Burger probiert. Die Abwechslung mit Preiselbeerenmus war wirklich grandios. Meine Partnerin hat den Vöner mit gewählt. Ich habe bisher nocht einen einzigen Vöner/Döner gegessen der so gut gefüllt war. Dazu gab es 3 leckere Soßen wobei die scharfe Sauce bei meiner Partnerin auf Nachfrage direkt gegen eine größere Menge der anderen beiden Saucen getauscht wurde.
Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt und bisher nirgends anders so gut gegessen. Tatsächlich hat es uns so gut geschmeckt, dass wir direkt noch eine zusätzliche Portion Mac and Cheese Balls und einen Vürüm mitgenommen haben. Gerne wieder!:-)
