Nice food cart

I enjoyed some glass noodles and veggies with tofu. There was a bit too much tofu… would have liked more vegetables. But, the flavor in the service were.

Most vegan-friendly cart at the plaza

Stopped here before going to see a certain movie in Gresham to eat as move theaters’ food are generally not so good and expensive. They have plenty of options for vegan such as salad rolls, and meals that can be modified to be vegan-friendly such as removing eggs and certain sauces. I ordered the Pad See Ew. It’s not exactly “pad” or “ew,” but I can see that it’s not anything delicious for food cart. I went to this one as it’s the most vegan-able cart than others. Somebody need to bring a vegan cart here. Worth coming just to see the gigantic fork.

Pros: It’s Thai! Isn’t that enough?

Cons: Semi-limited choices, Cooked the meal too hot
