Vegan ice - Edit
Krauss offers some vegan options, which are labeled as "lacto-free". But not all of them are vegan, so ask the stuff, they are friendly and know which flavors are vegan.

The waffles are not vegan - you have to ask for a paper cup.

Vegan ice-cream options - Edit
One of the few places where you can get vegan chocolate ice-cream. They also have a various fruit flavours but I only tried mousse au chocolat, which tasted quite rich and creamy. The vegan options are described as lactose free rather than vegan but the staff assured us that they are vegan. The waffles might contain animal products so I would ask for a paper cup.
