Best Thai Food in RIyadh

Krau Thai on Abu Bakr al Razi and Dabbab cross streets is an unassuming place that serves up great vegetarian food upon request. Other Krau Thai locations may not serve tofu so call ahead to other locations. I only eat a limited menu at Krau Thai as most dishes are not veg. I recommend:

Pad thai with tofu
Green Currry or Panang Curry with tofu
Mixed Vegetables
Morning glory greens - ask to omit oyster sauce
Tom yum soup with tofu

The wait staff are kind and helpful. It helps because the chairs are wood hard and the lighting is garish. But the food is great.
