Bakery originally established 1922 and re-built in 1959. Range of goods includes vegan baked goods and desserts, for instance fruit tarts. Has seating. Open Tue-Fri 9:00am-6:00pm, Sat 9:00am-5:00pm, Sun 11:00am-5:30pm.

Good cakes - Edit
I liked my visit here. Can't say I would go out of my way for this, but the poppy seed cake I had was very nice. On the day I visited they had four vegan options (bit of a shame, as the non-vegan stuff looked amazing). They were all variations of each other, mostly fruit based cakes rather than anything decadent or rich like a cheesecake (faux) or chocolate cake. Still, if you're in the area, definitely stop in. Coffee was not good, however.
Pros: Nice cakes
Cons: A bit pricey, Not many options, Coffee needs work.

Die veganen Kuchen sind soooo lecker und leider schnell ausverkauft. Es ist allerdings möglich telefonisch zu reservieren. *hmmm*

Café Issel has always at least one vegan cake, very often more. Most of the time fruit pies, but believe me, they are delicious, too! The last time I had a chocolate-nougat-cake, which was soooo yummy. Always check facebook for the latest creations.
The cake costs 3 € per piece (that's okay).
Pros: they are often very creative, it's even nice in the café, you can take the cake with you
Cons: not inexpensive, limited variety
