terrible service, rude staff and discrimination

We have arrived with two disabled kids, very hungry and cold. There was only a few tables occupied and waitress said that they had full reservation. Tables was without any reservation note. Even when I have call for administration they do not suggest us at least some place to sit to get at least some tea/coffee as here -3 degrees. Do not recommend because of terrible service, rude staff and discrimination
