Disgusting food , precooked , microwave heated and served to customers - Edit
As a native of South India, I recently visited this restaurant with high expectations after reviewing its Google ratings. Having dined at numerous Indian restaurants in Brisbane and being a Kiwi Indian myself, I was thoroughly disappointed. In my opinion, this establishment ranks among the worst I have encountered in New Zealand, India, and Australia. The subpar presentation, featuring low-quality paper plates and plastic cutlery, was only the beginning. The sounds emanating from the kitchen were predominantly those of a microwave, and the frozen parotta was a far cry from the freshly cooked, hot parottas typically served at Indian restaurants. The chicken, which appeared to have been cooked, refrigerated, and then reheated, was a letdown. The service was also underwhelming, and I suspect that customers who buy takeaways may not have been aware that they were being served reheated food. As an Indian, I can attest that a well-cooked meal typically fills the air with aromas, which was noticeably absent in this case. Overall, my experience was subpar, and I question the authenticity of the positive reviews, as they seem to be from individuals who may not be familiar with genuine Indian cuisine or are fake. That's why it operates 24/7, as they reheat cooked meals for customers and serve them in cheap plastic cutlery.

Late night Chettinad food - Edit
A little joint in the heart of the city serving authentic Chettinad food. I recently tried the soya roast biriyani here on my visit to Brisbane. It was delicious but spicy. If you can’t handle spice, I recommend asking for something mild. The restaurant has quite a few vegan and vegetarian options. Also tried the low calorie orange soda, which went well with the biriyani. The highlight of this place is that it’s open late (2am).
