Great restaurant with a sea view - Edit
Considering there obviously isn't a vegan restaurant anywhere near Hora Skafion, this is quite a good restaurant with some vegan options. These include the fava, giant beans (what I ordered both times I went), Greek salad (ask for no feta cheese), grilled vegetables... I definitely recommend trying the giant beans here

Vacation in the south of Crete - Edit
The staff was very friendly, food is fresh! Stayed in Sfakion for 5 nights and every evening (and sometimes also at lunchtime) our bellies were full with healthy vegan food! Restaurant is not vegan, but greek cuisine is full of vegan options!
