Good but slow - Edit
A few vegan options, but they are very slow. Even on a quiet Tuesday night with a handful of tables busy, it took quite a long time between courses and about 15min for a coffee. Been a couple of times and second time was even slower than the first. Also got vegan shortbread instead of tablet the first time but not the second time.

Kisa's is often the place my wife and I dine when visiting Perth. Consistently good food and friendly staff.
