Serves meat, vegan options available. Sushi restaurant with several vegan and vegetarian choices. Vegan appetizers may include edamame, shishito peppers, and vegetable gyoza (ask about ponzu sauce that comes with gyoza). The vegetarian sushi plate is vegan if you don't include the side of miso soup (contains bonito flakes). Additionally, has several individual maki rolls such as avocado and mango. Open Tue-Sat 11:30am-2:30pm, Tue-Thu 5:00pm-9:00pm, Fri-Sat 5:00pm-10:00pm, Sun 3:00pm-9:00pm. Closed Mon.

Would bump up to a 4 if the menu has vegan items labeled as such. Veggie sushi is easy so I would say the taste here was pretty standard but the presentation was very nice. I tried the veggie gyoza, edamame, shishito peppers, and veggie platter. The gyoza was very good but I’m not sure if the sauce it is served with is vegan as ponzu sauce typically has fish flakes. I asked about the gyoza itself but asking about the sauce was oversight on my part.
