Beautiful meal!

Local tour guides took me to this lovely restaurant for lunch — a cool and refreshing environment after we worked up a sweat going to the top of the Kinich Kak Moo pyramid. It was good that we arrived at about 12:30, because it did get quite busy over the next hour.

I had the Ki K’uum (pictured), one of multiple clearly marked vegan options on their bilingual menu — sautéed vegetables with pumpkin seeds and a pumpkin sauce. I also enjoyed a refreshing green Agua de Chaya from their extensive beverage menu, and a latte with almond milk after.

Amazing food and atmosphere!

There were plenty of very good vegan options here. The atmosphere was beautiful and full of plants. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend visiting here.

Pros: Plenty of vegan options , Beautiful atmosphere , English menu

Cons: Crowed on a Saturday
