Very good restaurant for vegans and others - Edit
My wife and me went to this restaurant, as it was said to have vegan options. And they have, when we asked for vegan dishes a special menu card was brought. As close to always I asked the waiter for the chef’s favourite vegan dishes. I don’t have a clue what it was called but it was delicious!

Large vegan choice and good value - Edit
As other reviewers have noted, ask for the vegan menu. It has a large selection of main dishes and starters. The price of formulas offers great value: I paid 20€ for the comprehensive formula with a sampler of starters, a vegan alternative to naan, a main dish and a dessert. As for the food, the starters are especially noteworthy. Don't expect very spicy food, as this doesn't seem to be their style. Lastly the staff is very kind and welcoming.

Best indian restaurant in Nancy - Edit
They have a separate vegan menu (ask for it as they don't hand it over by default). Very good starters (pakora and samosa), tasty and freshly made. You can chose from 7 or 8 different mains, including 2 with textured soy protein. They don't have vegan naans but they have paratha. Also a few paneer (real paneer) mains on the regular menu for the vegetarians. Everything we tried was tasty (even better if you ask them to bring some of their homemade chili sauce) and all staff were very kind and accomadating.
