Surprise Vegan food on the way to Konya

The owner was extremely accommodating! He had heard of “vegan” before and I explained with google translate what it means. We communicated through Google translate for some clarifying questions, then he brought back sooo much amazing food! I was blown away and so full.

Pros: Cig Kofte, Roasted eggplant salad, Super kind workers

Cons: Difficult to find parking.
