An all-vegan Italian restaurant, where many dishes are designed to be shared. Serves appetizers, pizza, pasta, salads, and desserts. Relocated from Jl. Petitenget No.16, Kerobokan Kelod and Jl. Tanah Barak No.17A. Moved to a new venue as of July 2025 and now has a bamboo bar and a garden space as well as an Italian chef with Michelin-star experience. Open Tue-Fri 10:00am-10:00pm, Sat 10:00am-11:00pm, Sun 10:00am-10:00pm. Closed Mon. Has a garden party event with a live DJ every 2nd Saturday - list of dates can be found on the website.

Delicious food at Kasto, we have been when they were at their previous location and the service was slow very hot in the restaurant BUT love the new location and service was much faster. Food is delicious but portion sizes run on the smaller side so recommend two mains. The highlight is the ravioli, I am still dreaming of it!!

Read moreI went there twice already, had the Butter Sage Ravioli which were super yummy and the second time I had the Magic Mushroom Pizza - don't ask why they call it that, it's a regular Funghi😄which was really good - apparently they have good cheese not the tasteless stuff I had in other places.
Staff was really friendly too.
I'll be back!

Wow!!!! Food here is AMAZING! Michelin-experienced italian chef, and it shows. Whether you care about plant-based or not, THIS IS A MUST. Best Italian food you’ll find in Bali. Truffle Mushroom pizza and Sage and Butter Ravioli are to die for. Pesto Gnocchi and Polenta Chips also amazing. And there’s a new dance/chill area outdoor area too. Don’t miss this place!!

The focaccia bread is not actually a focaccia bread, but a pizza without any toppings (and no tomato sauce). I didn't think Italians would approve this. The prices are a bit high compared to other vegan restaurants in the area.

The burgers and pizza are better than last year. Much more flavour yet still very clean (not too greasy). Haven’t tried everything on the menu but so far so good. Lunchtime ambience is quiet but peaceful in the low season, bring something to entertain yourself and enjoy the delicious food.

This was a 5/5. Honestly I can’t really even begin to describe how good the food here is. So many well reputed restaurants have no idea how to cook sensational vegetables… and to bring out the flavours of plant based foods. Kasto gets it all completely RIGHT. The texture. The flavours. The balance. It was perfection. Even If I was in Bali on the other side of the island…. I’d still try and make the journey to eat at this place. It is up there with one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. For meat eaters who are new to plant based meals and aren’t sure what to try: the ravioli and the chicken fingers are a great place to start.

We found the sage and butter ravioli too oily and salty for our taste.
It was very quiet when we went. Staff were friendly and very attentive.

I was literally the only person for dinner time here, the staff seemed a bit uninterested and joked around among themselves. The Ravioli was extremely oily but delicious! Unfortunately their parmigiana dish was overly salty. Definitely one of the weakest vegan spots I been to so far in Bali.

It was so nice to be able to eat vegan Italian dishes that are usually super hard to find in any other restaurants like creamy ravioli, arancini & notella pizza for dessert.

At first this place did not look inviting. I came during the day and the restaurant uses a lot of black colouring and seems dark inside. I was also the only one there. I ordered the spinach and tofu ravioli and it was really delicious. I ordered the full size ravioli and it only had six pieces. Other reviewers are right that the price to serving size ratio is high here, but based on this one ravioli I had, I thought it was worth it. Unfortunately I did not have a chance to try other items on the menu, so I am judging the restaurant based on only one dish. Hopefully I visit this place again to try all the other dishes.
