Tasty food, good portions and well priced! - Edit
I tried tom yum, khao soi, papaya salad and stir fried noodles. Khao soi and tom yum were my faves. The soups were 60k or 70k

Awesome baguettes. - Edit
Just got off the bus from Chiang Mai where vegan food was plenty. Looked for a place to eat lunch and found here, particularly attracted because of the range of vegan baguettes. My partner had avocado and hummus, I had sesame tofu. Both delicious, very big and filling, fresh and well priced. Two coffees with lots of coconut mylk and very happy customers. We are in Pai for a few days and this won't be our last visit to Karsalong.
Read morePros: Plenty of vegan options. Fresh, tasty and filling, baguettes. Good strong coffee with mylk options., Well priced. Nice setting, great location.
Cons: Nothing.

Really disagree with the comment below! We have come every morning to eat here. 4 different style baguettes with mushrooms, tofu, eggplant and avocado. So delicious!

Don’t go here - Edit
After we had to change our order twice because they were out of so many ingredients (although it was still early), we got two really bland burgers with exactly 5 fries, a really watered down mango shake that tasted gross and a tiny sized soda, everything with unenthusiastic service. There’s other options in Pai, don’t make the mistake of coming here!

Fairly priced and huge portions! - Edit
I’ve been here for both a vegan Pad See Ew and Pad Thai and both were super tasty. It’s cheap but you get huuuge portions (I always get a meal and a half). It’s my go to for vegan Thai food in Pai :)

Mid-range Price, delicious food. - Edit
My girlfriend got the coconut soup which was absolutely delicious. Wouldn't have changed a thing, and it was a large portion.
Read moreI got the Tom yum soup which was very spicy, I was literally dripping with sweat by the time I was done. It was really good, just really spicy.
Don't forget to checkout the specials menu written on the chalkboard in the back of the restaurant.
Pros: quite a few vegan options, tasty food.
Cons: serve meat, not dedicated Vegetarian or Vegan.
