Totally worth a visit! - Edit
Loved that this winery is totally vegan!
Read moreThey offer a varied selection of wines and have a simple food menu which includes a daily special (it was a weather-appropriate stew on the day we visited) cheese boards and tapenade with crostini (to name just a few).
The space is rustic and really charming with a super communal vibe. It was a little chilly at first but we warmed up quickly.
We shared the 2-3 person cheeseboard which was deceptively filling and the cheeses were really delicious.
When we arrived we were immediately given a small sample of sparkling wine; we thought this was maybe a welcome drink or something? It then became clear people generally work their way through the whole menu trying every wine as they don't offer flights.
My partner interrupted the flow and asked for a glass, and I opted to try just a couple more samples.
Checking out the sparkling wine samples were given as a freebie. We didn't ask for this or anything, which was a nice touch.
Overall, I'd 100% go back here now I know how it works. It's a cute spot with good wine and vegan food to boot, after all!

Unexpected Treasure - Edit
We took an impromptu trip to Prince Edward and saw that Karlo Estates was vegan and decided to explore. We absolutely loved this place. The humble outside gives no hint of the cool country chic interior. We had an amazing server, Olivier who was very knowledgeable of the winery, it's wines, vegan menu and other places to visit in the area! We had a few tastings and enjoyed a delicious cheese tray and Nibbler Platter. If you're in the area, this is a must.

All vegan plus drag shows! - Edit
Very friendly staff, good wine, all vegan menu of snacks, and they have unique events such as bimonthly “pub trivia” hosted by our local drag queen who is absolutely fabulous, The Queen Ethan.
Read moreAlso the oat milk lattes are great for those who are designated drivers.
I can’t give five stars as they seem to often be understaffed during busy periods and it can be a long time to receive food orders or even drink orders.
Pros: Vegan, Wine, Drag trivia
Cons: Understaffed

Vegan wine, snacks and live entertainment to boot! - Edit
My daughters and I visited this winery on a Friday evening. We sampled the bubbly, red and white wines, all of which were certified vegan. We enjoyed the wine with an entirely plant-based snack plate that they were also able to make GF for us. Pricing was reasonable and overall we enjoyed a pleasant evening.

Great vegan winery with snacks - Edit
We tasted several wines and really enjoyed them, and I bought a couple of bottles to take home. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We also bought some food to accompany the wine we were tasting, in addition to the nuts and crackers, etc., that they provided with the wines.
