The warung mentioned here has turned into a tourist restaurant called "Memories Sanur Club".
They said, they have changed the name, but there seems to be nothing left from what is described here. There is mainly meat, chicken and fish offered and only one (!) vegan dish offered. This vegan option is tast, but not really Indonesian.
They have a very small vegetarian menu posted in the wall as you walk by. Can be seated right in the beach. Fresh juices available. I had a great fried eggplant dish with a luscious not-too-spicy sauce and rice. Looking forward to trying another dish soon.
