I tried the savoury waffle with tofu and vegetables and one of the ice creams. I didn't like the waffle so much and it was too big for me but I think it's just about the preference. The ice cream was soo good and big again. I loved it so much! Everyone was so nice and I would love to come here again to try more things!

Personnellement, je suis accro à la gaufre spéculos et fraises quand c'est la saison, mais leur version du nutella est incroyable, les crêpes sont délicieuses et les glaces tout autant !
Mon copain est fan de la glace menthe chocolat et ça a été un vrai plaisir pour lui de pouvoir retrouver ces saveurs en version végétale. Les coupes glacées sont également incroyables, mais je n'ai jamais réussi à en finir une complètement tellement elles sont énormes !

We decided to give it another try and were pleasantly surprised, the recipe seemed to have improved. After speaking with the owner, she explained that when it’s busy, the cooking time might be slightly reduced, which could explain our first experience. She also offered us the chance to try the gluten-free option, and both versions were delicious.

We went here nearly every day of our holiday and it was sooooo good! The vegan crepes are awesome, highly recommend the pistachio ice cream and the chocolate cherry one. Bonus point for the super friendly staff!

Vegan waffles and crepes, both savoury and sweet. I belive there are lots of sweet options, but as for the savoury, there's only one: smoked tofu, cheese and grated carrot, all mixed into the batter (if you ask for the waffle) or made into a delicious filling (if you ask for crepe).
Read moreI really, really enjoyed eating there. It has views to Place du Parlament and the atmosphere is lovely. Staff was very nice and gifted us a small mint ice cream (so good!), I was moved by their kindness.

We went twice, the staff were so kind & helpful with our lack of French language. The waffles were everything a good waffle should be, fluffy & crunchy. First time I had the noisette ice cream & my girlfriend had pistachio, both were fantastic, as was the chocolate on our return visit. A must for vegan dessert fans.

Jolly is THE place for sweet treats in Bordeaux, there is a vegan version of everything on the menu from the crepes and waffles to the caramel sauce and whipped cream, everything is home-made and delicious! The staff are super friendly and all know to ask if you want a vegan version. Highly recommended.
