Decent for light breakfast and lunch

The avocado sandwich was tasty if small. It’s served between thick multigrain crackers, not bread. The yogurt/granola/berry bowl was small but satisfying. One caution for vegetarians and vegans: most of the smoothies include “protein collagen powder”. The collagen is made from cow body parts. They will leave that carnage out of the smoothie if you ask. The coffee is fresh and effective. This place is on the top floor of the Metropole Shopping Center. It’s quite busy but the casual seating is comfortable, and you can rest at the tables as long as you want, cafe-style.
