Not vegan - Edit
The soft serve is advertised advertised as non dairy which can legally have less than 5% dairy product. It has a milk derivative. Dairy free is 100% dairy free not non-dairy. Stupid I know.

Non Dairy NOT vegan - Edit
I had gone here before and asked about vegan options (two or more years ago) and was enthusiastically informed the almond milk ice cream was vegan and even given a card. While I believe it was vegan at the time, I asked again this recent time and they gave an ingredient card which informed us it had sodium caseinate, which comes from milk. Disappointing but they have sno cones etc not worth the trip if vegan tbh

Dairy Free Soft Serve - Edit
I’m not sure what was going on when the other reviewer went, but both of the Jimmie Cone locations (Damascus and Mt Airy) have one dairy free flavor of soft serve ice cream available. The flavor changes every week, so check out the Facebook page for updates (look for DF). Some of the flavors are better than others, pretty decent vegan ice cream. The staff are very friendly and quick, glad to have vegan options at this iconic Damascus mainstay.

Snowcones - Edit
Description is a lie AFAIK. Only vegan option is the snowcones, which are fine but cloyingly sweet. I saw no vegan ice cream when I went.
