Ask for the "vegan all the way" options like the organic vegetable soup, nutty mixed up salad, spinach veggie wrap, steamed veggies, tortilla chips and guacamole or hummus, and fresh fruit. Open Mon-Fri 10:00am-9:00pm, Sat-Sun 10:00am-8:00pm.

Decent lunch spot

There's a few vegan menu options to be found, but the highlight for me is the salad bar. Lots of options. You can get an all you can eat salad bar option, or get half a sandwich and one salad bar visit.
