Decent Thai food 💜 - Edit

Service is very friendly and food is decent! Out of the many times I've been here, they've only mistakenly added egg to my dishes once or twice, and they were totally happy to re-make it for me. Unfortunately it happens everywhere that's not 100% vegan once in a while, so always check your order before leaving.

Bad experience - Edit

I put on my order: Entire order must be VEGAN and GLUTEN FREE. In fact I added that in the notes section of each and every item I ordered. When the food was delivered both the Pad Thai and fried rice had egg in it. But instead of the chef making a new one for me, it looked it someone saw the mistake and tried to pick the egg out and just didn’t get it all. Also the coconut soup was really REALLY sweet. So much so that I ended up throwing it out. It was actually pretty awful. I did call and received a refund for the two dishes with egg but i had to call twice for that to happen. And I’m not totally sure, but it almost sounded like the lady who answered the phone knew exactly what I was talking about. Kind of like she was expecting my phone call. She didn’t sound the least bit surprised. Although she did apologize. And the refund helped the wallet but not my kids’ stomach who were sad about not getting their dinner.
The other items we ordered were mediocre. With Rice By Mama and Rice Thai Cuisine on Main Street, there’s no need to try this place. They are waaaaaaay better. A lady at Rice Thai Cuisine actually called me after I placed my order online and said, “I received your order and I’m just calling to let you know that everything will be vegan and gluten-free.” Now that’s customer service!!!

Cons: Coconut soup was WAY SWEET!!!, Nobody checks to make sure your items are vegan
